TrueNorth Group is expanding in the U.S., and we’re looking for a Business Developer to drive sales for our data, AI, and software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates at various experience levels, from mid to senior level, to contribute to our growth and success in the U.S. market.

Our expertise spans AI/ML, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, cloud data architecture, and custom software solutions. As we establish our presence in the U.S., we need a results-driven sales leader to accelerate growth and position TrueNorth Group as a trusted technology partner.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close deals with enterprises looking to modernize their operations with AI-driven solutions.

  • Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan for TrueNorth Group’s U.S. expansion.

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, COOs, and CFOs.

  • Leverage expertise in Microsoft ecosystem technologies (Azure, Fabric, Power BI, Dynamics, AI/ML) to align solutions with customer needs.

  • Drive revenue growth through a consultative sales approach that highlights business value.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in data, AI, cloud, or software solutions.

  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations with a strong understanding of digital transformation.

  • Background in Microsoft data and AI technologies is highly desirable.

  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage at the executive level.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
